In today\u2019s report we are to discuss mainly fundamental issues and we intend to end the report with a technical analysis of Gold\u2019s daily chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-us-employment-data-to-be-released-on-friday\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>US Employment data to be released on Friday<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>US Employment data<\/strong> for <strong>September<\/strong> is due out on Friday. According to expectations by economists,&nbsp; the NFP is set to decrease from 162k to 98k, which would imply a loosening labour market in spite of the unemployment rate remaining 4.1%. Thus, a <strong>loosening labour market<\/strong> could increase pressure on the FED to withhold from aggressively raising interest rates in the near future. In turn, this could increase downwards pressures on the dollar whilst aiding gold\u2019s price considering the two assets\u2019 inverse relationship. However, we should note that the <strong>NFP<\/strong> figure is notoriously volatile and tends to exceed or underperform the expectations made by economists, hence the release could easily upend or confirm our bias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-trump-rejects-iran-s-peace-proposal\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trump rejects Iran\u2019s peace proposal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Trump has rejected Iran\u2019s peace proposal over the weekend<\/strong>. As a reminder, Tehran had offered Washington a new seven-day proposal to re-open the <strong>Strait of Hormuz<\/strong> and to restart broader talks in order to bring an end to the war. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had stated that \u201cWe have introduced a plan to the United States through the mediators that if certain conditions are met\u2009.\u2009.\u2009.\u2009the strait will be open in seven days\u201d. However, on Saturday President Trump stated that \u201cThey want to make a deal to open the Hormuz Strait immediately because they&#8217;re losing so badly\u201d and that the US was \u201cwe\u2019re winning tremendously\u201d. In turn, the rejection of Iran\u2019s proposal may lead to elevated geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, which could aid gold\u2019s price considering its status as a safe haven asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-us-inflation-data\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>US Inflation data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>US inflation data for August<\/strong> is set to be released this Wednesday. In particular, the inflation data is set to be released this Wednesday, with economists currently anticipating the rate to come in at 3.4%, which would be higher than the prior 3.3%, implying an acceleration of inflationary pressures in the US economy. In turn, should the <strong>PCE<\/strong> rates, which are the Fed\u2019s favourite tool for measuring inflation in the US economy, come in higher than expected, then it may increase pressure on the Fed to maintain its restrictive monetary policy stance, which could provide support for the dollar whilst weighing on gold\u2019s price given their inverse relationship with one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-technical-analysis\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Analisis Teknikal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-xau-usd-daily-chart\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>XAU\/USD Daily Chart<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"500\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-1024x500.png\" alt=\"XAU\/USD Daily Chart\" class=\"wp-image-136364\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-1024x500.png 1024w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-300x147.png 300w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-768x375.png 768w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-18x9.png 18w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-1536x750.png 1536w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-1568x766.png 1568w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026-559x273.png 559w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/XAUUSDDaily-09282026.png 1916w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Support: 4180 (S1), 4020 (S2), 3790 (S3)<br>Resistance: 4345 (R1), 4520 (R2), 4695 (R3)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gold\u2019s price appears to be moving in a downwards fashion after clearing our support turned to resistance at our 4345 (R1) level. We opt for a bearish outlook for the precious metal\u2019s price and supporting our case is the RSI <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ironfx.com\/where-is-the-mt4-indicator\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"92176\">indicator<\/a> below our chart, which currently registers a figure below 40, implying a strong bearish market sentiment. For our bearish outlook to continue we would require gold\u2019s price to close below our 4180 (S1) support level, with the next possible target for the bears being our 4020 (S2) support base. On the other hand, for a sideways we would require gold\u2019s price to remain confined between our 4180 (S1) support level and our 4345 (R1) resistance line.
